FNB Oxford is excited to announce the renovation of its Water Valley Branch located at 400 North Main Street. Please excuse our dust!

WHY IS FNB RENOVATING THE WATER VALLEY BRANCH?

  • Opened in November 2023, the Water Valley Branch has quickly become a cornerstone of local banking for families, businesses, and individuals across Yalobusha County. These renovations reflect FNB’s ongoing investment in Water Valley and our commitment to providing a welcoming, efficient, and community-focused banking experience. Upon completion, customers will enjoy added convenience with a new drive-thru, an Interactive Teller Machine (iTM) offering extended banking hours, and an updated interior designed to make every visit easier and more comfortable.

WILL THE BRANCH BE CLOSED DURING THE RENOVATION?

  • No. Our FNB Water Valley Branch will remain OPEN to our customers. Please be aware that customers may experience longer wait times due to construction.

WILL ALL SERVICES BE AVAILABLE AT THE WATER VALLEY BRANCH?

  • Yes. All current in-branch services will continue during construction. If you would like to visit one of our other Friendly Neighborhood locations, please see the list below. We thank you for your patience during this exciting renovation project.

WHEN WILL THE DRIVE-THRU AND INTERACTIVE TELLER MACHINE (iTM) BE AVAILABLE?

  • The branch will open its new Drive-Thru and Interactive Teller Machine (iTM) on Monday, June 22. The iTM allows customers to complete many traditional transactions- such as withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, account transfers, and loan payments- with the assistance of a live teller beyond traditional banking hours. It will be available from 7am-7pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturday from 9am-12pm.

CAN I STILL ACCESS THE BANK LOBBY FOR SERVICE?

  • To accommodate ongoing construction, branch lobby access will be temporarily limited beginning Monday, June 22.  All customers are encouraged to utilize the new Drive-Thru and iTM, as well as online and mobile banking services. If you would like to make a lobby appointment, please call (662) 473-3340 to expedite your visit.

HOW WILL PARKING BE IMPACTED BY THE RENOVATION?

  • The parking lot located behind the bank will be closed during construction. Customers will have parking access along Main Street and on Railroad Street.

In anticipation of longer wait times during construction, customers may wish to visit one of our convenient Friendly Neighborhood Bank locations:

  • Main Branch – 101 Courthouse Square, Oxford (Drive-Thru and iTM)
  • South Lamar Branch – 2149 South Lamar Boulevard, Oxford (Drive-Thru and iTM)
  • Sisk Avenue Branch – 700 Sisk Avenue, Oxford (Drive-Thru and iTM)
  • Pat Patterson Parkway Branch – 2770 George G. “Pat” Patterson Pkwy, Oxford (Drive-Thru and iTM)
